Being fit spiritually is unanimously important! So, what kind of spiritual body are you?
How energized, joyful, involved, and connected we feel in our daily lives depends on our level of spiritual health. Or, to put it another way, how the captain feels when driving, specifically how awake, focused, and attentive he or she is.
The six muscles of our spirit are as follows:
1. Spiritual Strength
You can compare spiritual strength with your spirit’s core muscle. Your entire spiritual body is energized when this “muscle” is engaged.
2. The Muscle of Self-Awareness
Your self, or the part of you that is in charge, is represented by this. This is what we make conscious of and what we awaken.
3. Spiritual Mental Strength
This is how your spirit perceives the mental part. It has to do with the influence your spirit body has had over your mind and how well they work together.
4. Muscle Impact
This is the impactful strength of your Spiritual Muscle, its outer layer.
5. The Power of Spiritual Emotion
This is how your spirit perceives your emotional state. It has to do with the control your spiritual body has over your heart and how in tune you are with your feelings and emotions.
6. Spiritual Strength Physical Power
This is how your spirit sees the physical world. It’s the influence your soul has over your physical self as well as how seamlessly they interact. It determines how successfully your body supports your spiritual aspirations.
Conclusion:
It’s easy to find evidence of our culture’s obsession with wellness and physical fitness. A gym or yoga studio, a store selling nutritional supplements, and a restaurant serving healthy meals seem to be present in practically every suburban shopping center.
